Dependable Painting & Remodeling (known locally as your stain & seal pros for our amazing fence & deck work!) is a family run full-service Painting company serving Paulding, Cobb, and all counties surrounding Atlanta, Georgia. Our story begins with our owner Derek Epstein and his passion for helping people. After needing a new home to provide bedrooms for all 3 of his children, Derek realized the need for a family first company that could provide residential and commercial customers great service at an affordable price. A place where employees could have a career and be excited to come to work. A place where we could give back to the community who has been so welcoming to Derek and his family. Thus, Dependable Painting & Remodeling ( the stain & seal pros ) was born. We promise to always be accessible, affordable, and to treat your property like our own.
