Burton Home Inspectors

My name is Billy Burton, owner of Burton Home Inspectors. Over the years, I have learned that I am not the typical home inspector. I have over 30 years of construction experience, ranging from project management of multi-million dollar military projects, to building homes. I have hands on experience in every phase of construction. I operate all kinds of earth moving equipment, and I've installed more toilets than I can count. I'm also a certified hard and soft surfaces flooring inspector. 

About seven years ago, i was working for a friend who was selling his home. I was making repairs that had been suggested by a home inspector. After seeing the report, and looking at the home that needed repairs, I knew I could do a better job, so I decided to become a certified home inspector.

That was just the beginning. I had no idea how much I would enjoy this work. I absolutely love helping people buy their home. My customers have truly been the best people I've ever met, from all types of backgrounds, and from many different areas. It's amazing how many people I've met, who decided to move here, just because they read good things about our area. 

My passion is my customers. After I have completed an inspection, I always met with them, and go over every point in the report. This is by far, my favorite part. Included in my report, are repair estimates that my customers can use to further negotiate the purchase price of their new home. I have saved many, many people tens of thousands of dollars, and I'm very proud of that. I want my customers to save as much money as possible, and I make sure that they understand every concern the home may have. Something else I'm very proud of, are my Google reviews. My customers have really been appreciative with their reviews. I have all 5 stars!
