Outside of my professional goals, I love to be active! When I’m not working, you can find me outside, frequently hiking and exploring nature, particularly National Parks! Six years ago, I discovered CrossFit, a passion I actively pursue, both as a participant and as a coach, guiding and motivating others to achieve their physical and mental goals. In the precious moments of downtime, you'll often find me at a local coffee shop with my husband and two kids!
