Society Kaffee

I like to think of Society Kaffee as a destination rather than just a coffee shop or kaffee.  We are a community within a community.  My goal is to inspire the creatives and allow people to feel like they have a place to hang their hat while making new friends.  We offer an international variety of pastries and savories, diverse coffee drinks, along with organic refreshers and fruit smoothies.  Within our doors we are proud of our 1950s vintage shop; The Fallout Shelter, and will soon be opening a pottery studio. 

We moved to Dublin just as I was finishing grad-school and realized there were no cool coffee shops where I could study, downtown!  While my degrees are in both art and art history, I decided to open one and bring my education into this space.  I have been fortunate enough to spend time in Guatemala with coffee bean farmers who educated me on the life-cycle of coffee beans from the root systems through the roasting process.  I am very proud of my coffee and its provenance as well as the authenticity of the pastries and savories we offer!
