Founded by Attorney D.J. Jeyaram, the firm is led by an experienced attorney who also serves as a part-time Magistrate Judge, bringing a broad perspective on the legal system and a steadfast commitment to fairness, integrity, and justice. This judicial experience enhances the firm's ability to analyze complex legal issues and advocate with confidence for special needs families.
Beyond the courtroom, Attorney Jeyaram is the parent of a child with special needs, an experience that has shaped the firm's compassionate approach to advocacy. This personal perspective fosters a deep understanding of the unique legal, educational, financial, and family challenges clients encounter. DJ specializes in special needs trusts, wills, guardianship, conservatorship, and appealing Katie Beckett & NOW/COMP denials.
Prior to establishing his own practice, DJ was with large firms’ healthcare groups. In addition, DJ’s experience includes serving as the Deputy Director for Legal Services with the Georgia Department of Community Health and as a Georgia Administrative Law Judge with the Office of State Administrative Hearings. In his role as an Administrative Law Judge, DJ presided over Katie Beckett and NOW/COMP hearings.
