About
I believe in the impact of sustainable business systems on long-term growth and customer satisfaction, ensuring our legacy continues.
By implementing environmentally friendly packaging, nutritional facts, allergen labels, and reducing food waste through better inventory management and donation to shelters, food donation centers (Food Commune), we not only lower our operational costs but also build a reputation for sustainability. This ensures customers return because they value businesses that prioritize ethical, green practices.I believe in aligning our business values with community engagement, strengthening ties by sharing and implementing available resources, and fostering unity.
We partner with local schools and organizations by offering free catering food credit or participating in top tier sponsorship packages. I believe my next step of participating in the PTA for my son’s Parsons Elementary School will propel further connections. This reinforces our role as a trusted community partner and builds loyalty from both local residents and business owners.I believe in leveraging and sharing technology with Chinese family-owned restaurants, streamlining operations to improve customer experience and empower the community.
We are currently developing a written procedure or playbook for local Chinese restaurant owners on improving health and sanitation practices, using online ordering systems and inventory software, helping them modernize their operations, reduce labor costs, and offer better customer service, empowering the entire community.I believe in fostering trust and open collaboration with local businesses to build a stronger, more resilient community.
By participating in monthly meetings with local business associations, webinars, and conventions to share best practices, we create a support network where we exchange resources and insights on marketing, capital readiness, and operations, leading to stronger businesses that can weather economic challenges and improve efficiency.I believe in leadership by example, offering mentorship and knowledge-sharing to uplift the next generation of business owners, creating a legacy of shared success.
Through our membership in the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, SBA Thrive, Feed the Soul Foundation, Comcast RISE, and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Cohort, we offer hands-on guidance to young entrepreneurs, teaching them essential business skills like financial planning, implementing technology equipment, and ethical decision-making, ensuring their long-term success.
