Exhale is part of the beautiful Lake Oconee community. Our intention is to provide a relaxing, safe environment where you can breathe deeply, strengthen, renew your body, and awaken your spirit. Exhale is all about creating a community of friends, support, nurturing your own growth and encouraging the growth of others. The owner Renee Brown offers a variety of qualified 500/200 RYT yoga teachers (Alex, Debbie, Lela, Patti, and Shani) and lots of different types of yoga classes from fitness based yoga to relaxation and meditation. Yoga for all types of learners… from those who have never owned a yoga mat to those who are Master Yogis and Yoginis!  Everyone is capable of practicing Yoga – no flexibility is required!  Yoga meets you where you are right now and can take you to places you have never dreamed possible. Yoga connects you to your breath, your heart space and to the present moment. We offer yoga teacher trainings,  retreats, workshops, variety of classes, Thai Bodywork, Reiki and Reflexology.
