Ellijay Mushrooms

Ellijay Mushrooms is a unique mushroom farm located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Ellijay, Georgia. The farm harvests the highest quality Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms. Our mushrooms are the Rolls-Royce of mushrooms due to our mountain water. Each mushroom is hand harvested. 

We offer our mushrooms packed in 3-pound, 5-pound boxes and a 3.5oz till (100% recyclable cardboard till) boxes. 

Ellijay Mushrooms are certified Organic from CCOF, Georgia Grown, Primus 3.1 Certified (GAP), Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) and Appalachian Grown certified.
