A New Creation Psychotherapy Services, LLC is a trauma-informed, holistic group practice rooted in transpersonal psychotherapy—an approach that honors the interconnected healing of mind, body, and spirit. We believe true transformation goes beyond symptom management, calling for the restoration of the whole self through awareness, spiritual alignment, and the realization of one’s highest potential. Our work is grounded in the principle of third-order change, which emphasizes the awakening of consciousness—not simply through practice, but through the deep re-alignment of one’s inner truth. Healing, in this context, is not about avoiding adversity but learning how to move through life’s challenges with resilience, peace, and embodied awareness. Drawing from the understanding that the body keeps the score, we integrate somatic bodywork, breathwork, and guided visualization into the therapeutic process to support holistic restoration. We are especially devoted to the liberation and empowerment of Black individuals, couples, families, and communities across the diaspora. Our practice weaves together indigenous spirituality, global healing traditions, and conventional clinical training in marriage, family, and sex therapy to create culturally attuned and spiritually expansive care. We provide individual, couples, family, sex, and group therapy in a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment. At A New Creation, clients are invited to take charge of their healing journey and embrace a path of authentic growth, wholeness, and lasting transformation.
