Our home or building inspections will provide you and your real estate agent with the most detailed report of the defects, so you and your agent can better negotiate the price of the home and/or make sure the defects are corrected.

Spending a few hundred dollars on a home inspection can easily save you thousands!  Our inspections are always completed in the best interest of our clients.  Our job is to serve you!  The inspector will usually take 3 to 4 hours +/- to perform a detailed inspection of the home or building to find visible defects and/or safety hazards.  An inspection includes the roof, gutters, exterior siding, foundation, structural components, basement, crawlspace, attic, insulation, ventilation, HVAC, fireplaces, life safety, interior, doors, windows, floors, installed appliances, plumbing, electrical, attached garages, decks, driveways, walkways, and sprinkler systems.  During our inspection, we also search for the presence of fungus or mold growth and for damage from possible wood destroying insects such as termites, ants, carpenter bees, etc.  We also provide sewer scope inspections, mold/air quality testing, radon testing, and water quality testing. We inspect the home or property as if we were purchasing it ourselves!
