Construction Knowledge, Training & Professional Affiliations

As owner and founder of Angel Home Inspections, I guarantee every inspection by Angel Home Inspections will be thorough and professional. I am an InterNACHI trained, Nationally Certified, state licensed inspector.  Additionally, I have worked in several capacities in the construction/home repair industry over the years. During that time, I have been involved in many house design and home remodeling projects. I have also supervised several commercial construction ventures. Between my experience and InterNaichi education, I have the knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation and workmanship that other inspectors might miss.

I am an Associate Member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors. This permits me to access any property that has a digital lock box in both the Chattanooga/North Georgia area and the River City Realtors Association Area which includes Bradley, Meigs, Polk, and Rhea Counties.

Compassion & Dedication

In addition to my construction experience, I truly care about others.  I have volunteered for several non-profits including domestic violence prevention, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes. I also actively served my community as a fire fighter for over 15 years. During that time I saw first-hand the potential devastation of faulty wiring, substandard construction, and neglect.

Our Home Inspection Promise

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and, yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work -- a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. I understand first-hand how stressful a real estate transaction can be. I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, which ensures that you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection.  I also abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts your interests first and protects your rights as a consumer.

If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
