When it comes to your home, there is nothing worse than unwanted surprises.  During the home inspection, our main goal is to educate you about your home and its systems.  When complete, you will have the knowledge needed to finalize your offer.  We inspect the property from top to bottom to check over 400 items.  Meanwhile, we report on any function and safety issues, major or minor deficiencies, and future potential major expenditures.  We then cover any findings with you and answer any of your questions.  Finally, we provide it all in a written report which includes color photos and videos, ensuring you know the condition of your home.
