We are a full service, family law firm located in the heart of Gainesville Georgia.  My name is Candace Williams. I have been practicing family law for over 23 years.  I was born raised in Gainesville, Georgia. My practice is focused  on  high asset to mid asset divorce cases, complex custody litigation, child election cases, contempt cases, Legitimation actions for fathers with children  born outside of wedlock and third-party custody cases, such as jurisdictional conflicts involving competing states.  Last, but not least, we also handle uncontested, divorce and modification cases.   We are a hands-on family-based firm. Children are our paramount focus, and every aspect of our practice.  We soldier for minor children in family law cases.
