About
Serving Hall County and northeast Georgia since 1913, the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia (HSNEGA) provides vital services to animals and people alike.
HSNEGA is a selective admission facility. We do not euthanize based on the duration of stay or space. Instead, animals stay with us until they find a new forever home. See our Lifesaving Stats here.
All adoptable puppies, kittens, dogs and cats in HSNEGA's Pet Adoption Center are up-to-date on vaccinations (appropriate for their age), dewormed, heartworm tested (dogs), feline combo tested (cats), microchipped, up-to-date on heartworm and flea/tick preventative, health-checked and spayed or neutered.
The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia's Healthy Pet Clinic offers low-cost pet care on a first-come-first-serve basis. Affordable spay/neuter services are also available through the Healthy Pet Clinic Spay/Neuter Center.
