McCoy & Church was founded by Maria McCoy and Virginia Church, two experienced attorneys who, after practicing independently, realized that combining their expertise would allow them to better serve the Griffin community and surrounding areas. Maria, a long-time resident of Spalding County, focuses on family law, personal injury, juvenile law, and probate matters, bringing a compassionate, practical approach to each case. Virginia, a fourth-generation Spalding County resident, has dedicated her practice to family law, driven by her passion for helping families in need and advocating for the best interests of her clients.
