HOME-BASED BAKERY located in Harlem, Georgia. Previously licensed and based in North Augusta, SC.

 I am a certified Servsafe Food Safety Manager and a USCG veteran. I was born and raised in the CSRA and returned home after serving in the military. 

I was the winner of the 2007 Augusta Family Magazine Cake Decorating Contest that was held at the Augusta Mall. I previously worked at Jennifer's Cakes, Inc (Martintown Rd) for 12 years as her cake sculpter/sugar artist. 

I make custom cakes to order as well as thin layered old fashioned caramel/ chocolate cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cheese straws, meringues, praline pecans and other confections. I work within a variety of budgets and cakes range from sheet cakes to intricate 3D and hyper realistic cakes. I specialize in creating 100% edible decorations.
