I'm Kathy Springer: Licensed Insurance Agent, Medicare Advocate, and the founder of Springer Senior Solutions, an independent Medicare brokerage here in Hiram, Georgia, serving Paulding County and metro Atlanta.

I have been in the insurance industry for almost 30 years, and my passion has always been helping people. But how I got here wasn't my plan, it was God's.

In September 2013, I prayed and asked God to place me where I was meant to be. By February 2014, I was in Georgia and I left Albany, New York behind. I was only connected to one person and that person started my Medicare journey and I've never looked back.

I built Springer Senior Solutions to be independent and to keep my clients at the center. They matter and it means I literally work for them, not for any single insurance company. The benefit is that I am able to compare their options from multiple carriers and find what actually fits.

My mission is simple: I remove confusion and replace it with ease. This is done through the Springer Medicare Clarity Process: understand your situation, review your doctors, prescriptions and budget, compare appropriate options, enroll confidently, as well as receiving year-round support. The year round care is what I treasure the most, because Medicare is not a once-a-year decision, it affects you all year.

I help individuals, families and seniors explore Medicare Advantage, supplemental coverage and Prescription Drug coverage, along with screening for Extra Help and other low-income assistance programs, dental and vision options, and health and wellness benefits. During Medicare's annual enrollment period, I deliver additional licensed support so no client is left navigating alone.

I am proud to be rooted and invested in the community I serve. I am a Paulding County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, a Core Sponsor and part of the founding leadership team for Paulding Douglas ACAP, I attend local Xperience Connections to meet other female business owners, I routinely visit the local senior care and assisted living facilities, and of course, I deliver Medicare 101 educational presentations.
