We are a women's fitness Studio in Hiram, Georgia led by ACE Certified trainers.

Bold Fitness is a women's fitness boutique offering cardio dance, kickboxing, bootcamp, strength training, yoga & more.

We started out as Bold Cardio Dance in 2020 and have since grown to hire three new instructors, add six new class offerings, and workout with over 200+ women in the Dallas, GA area as well as hundreds more online!
