Karvelas Pizza Co

We offer Old School Long Island Pizza cooked in Bakers Pride Gas deck ovens.  We make our own dough and age it (cold fermentation) for 3 - 4 days.  Tomatoes are imported from Italy and our Mozzarella is the best Mozzarella you can buy.  We have no freezers and we make everything from scratch.  We offer delicious hand crafted specialty pizzas developed by Joey Karvelas (creator of Karvelas Pizza) BYOP options as well. Crispy fried Springer Mountain chinken wings,  fried chicken bites (boneless wings) with your choice of 13 housemade sauces and our incredible TRIPLE FRIED hand cut fries.  You should also try our amazing fried pickles and garlic bread.  We make fresh salads and ridiculously good dressing for our wings and salads.  Our Beers are local and ice cold.  We started out in a 900 sqft building in 2104 with husband and wife Joey & Emily Karvelas running the show and cooking all the food and now we have 5 locations with 150 employees and plans to keep growing.
