Tiera Sneed

My name is Tiera (TeeLashae), founder of Hornee Skin, Georgia’s first mobile educational skincare hub. I started this journey after overcoming my own struggles with acne as a teenager and realizing how little education there was around proper skin health, especially in Black and Brown communities. From humble beginnings, including a time when I faced homelessness, I pushed forward to graduate college with a degree in accounting, build a career in corporate finance, and ultimately pursue my passion for skincare and entrepreneurship.

Hornee Skin is more than a beauty brand, it’s a movement. We operate out of a 40-foot pink school bus, transformed into a mobile spa and classroom, where we provide facials, waxing, massages, and hands-on education about skin health. Our mission is to teach people the importance of protecting the stratum corneum, the outermost “horny layer” of the skin where most skin issues begin.

We serve communities across Georgia with services, events, and youth education. We’ve also created children’s books, coloring books, and campaigns featuring our mascot, Bella the Bull, to make skincare fun and relatable for kids. Our motto is “Stay Hornee. Stay Hydrated.”  a reminder that skincare should be both protective and playful.

Hornee Skin has been featured in Shoutout Atlanta, Voyage ATL, the Rick Ross Car & Bike Show, and other community events. We’re proud to represent Georgia as an innovative brand that blends education, wellness, and culture in a way that inspires others to dream big, take care of their skin, and glow from the inside out.
