Gillian Gooch Properties

I’m Gillian Gooch, Broker/Owner of Providence Real Estate and the Realtor® behind Gillian Gooch Properties. I believe real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about people, relationships, and helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important decisions.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent 18 years in education as a teacher, department chair, and coach. That experience shaped the way I serve my clients today—with patience, clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

As a multi-state licensed real estate professional serving Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors at every stage of their real estate journey. Whether helping a first-time buyer find the right place to call home, guiding a family through a major transition, or representing a luxury property, my focus remains the same: providing knowledgeable guidance, honest advice, and personalized service.

As Broker/Owner of Providence Real Estate, I’ve built my business around a simple philosophy: Guided by Integrity, Driven by Results. I believe clients deserve more than a transaction. They deserve an advocate who listens, communicates, and always keeps their best interests at heart.

I’m truly honored that Gillian Gooch Properties has been nominated for Best of Georgia. To me, this recognition reflects the trust my clients place in me and the relationships I’ve been fortunate to build along the way.
