Joy’s Promise is a registered 501c3 nonprofit and foster-based rescue. We are 100% volunteer-run (no paid staff). Every penny donated goes directly to the dogs.
We focus heavily on medical and behavioral cases, and community outreach. Our outreach efforts have included free community spay/neuter, vet care assistance, operating two free community pet food pantries, and more.
