The Law Office of Nicole L. McArthur

Nicole is a North Georgia native.  After law school, Nicole returned to her hometown of Pickens County where she served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Appalachian Judicial Circuit.  While representing the State of Georgia, Nicole prosecuted a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, including juvenile delinquency cases.

Nicole then decided to continue her career as a criminal defense attorney in private practice. Her experience and success as a prosecutor allows her to zealously defend clients who are facing criminal charges.  Nicole understands that the legal process can be stressful and overwhelming.  She uses her understanding of the criminal process to zealously advocate for her clients while protecting their rights.  Nicole has experience defending all misdemeanors and felonies including, DUI's, drug charges, domestic violence allegations, traffic violations and probation issues.
