Chef Ahmed Zayed, born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, came to the United States at 19 with no family and a dream. Starting at the very bottom in the restaurant industry, he worked his way up through every position, driven by his passion for sharing the flavors of his homeland. Today, as the owner and chef of Pharaohs Palace, he brings authentic Egyptian cuisine and culture to Georgia, offering guests a true taste of Egypt.
