Steven J. Dawkins, known in the Bar B Que & Music World as “Greedy” was born and raised in Kansas City, MO, Home of the World’s Best Bar B Que! Steven is the Founder of Greedyman's Bar B Que & Grill Company in which he co-own's with his business partner Rae'Kheal Dawkins. 

Steven started his first Bar B Que business in Kansas City, MO with a Bar B Que Grill in his backyard selling dinners. In addition to smoking Bar B Que, he created his own Bar B Que Sauce as well as his own signature line of juices, whose names were inspired by the streets of Kansas City, MO. From there, he built a mobile food truck that he out grew in 9 months which forced him to open the doors to a store front which was the first Greedyman's Bar B Que & Grill Restaurant and was located on Troost Avenue in Kansas City, MO. Greedyman's Bar B Que & Grill was open for 6 years before Steve began to expand.  Being Greedy (hence the name) and hungry for more, he told his dad that he wanted to move to Atlanta, GA and take his brand to another level. His Dad replied, “Go and don't look back." From there he built a strong team with Rae'Kheal Dawkins (Co-Owner, Director of Sales & Catering). Together they are bringing Smoked Apple Wings, Smoked Apple Rib Tips, Jumbo Crispy Fried Shrimp, Smoked Apple Beef Sausages, Turkey Bacon Potato Salad, Smoked Tukey Collard Greens.
