Dream Chasers 21

Dream Chasers 21 Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Gwinnett County, Georgia, dedicated to meeting the needs of our community.

Our mission is to support families with children, seniors, veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness. We provide essential resources—food, furniture, and clothing—to those in need and support the homeless population by distributing coats, gloves, blankets, hand warmers, and other necessities. Whenever possible, we also assist individuals and families in securing stable housing during times of hardship.

Beyond meeting basic needs, we focus on empowering children through programs that provide Back-to-School supplies and Christmas gifts to kids in need. Our work has been recognized by Fox5 News and Channel 11 Alive, highlighting the impact we’ve made in the community.

While we are grateful for the local businesses and partners who support our mission, the demand for help often exceeds the resources available. That’s why we deeply value every business, organization, and individual who joins us in making a difference.

We are incredibly thankful for the community’s ongoing support. Without it, none of what we do would be possible. Together, we bring hope to families during their most difficult times—and help them see a path forward.
