Performance Power Yoga

Located in near downtown Lawrenceville, convenient to Suwanee, Duluth, Buford, Dacula, Grayson, and Snellville, we offer mind and body strengthening power yoga classes that inspire worthiness and empowerment in an inclusive and non-intimidating setting. PPY signature power yoga classes are vinyasa-style classes that sync breath to movement and are heated 80-90 degrees to promote detoxification and healing. PPY students are a diverse group of men and women with a desire for a healthy lifestyle and want to practice in a space exclusive to power yoga with a strong community vibe. All PPY teachers are highly trained in PPY’s signature power yoga method, which is designed to consistently offer safe, fun, and focused classes infused with yoga philosophy and mindfulness techniques.
