I’m Dr. Whitney Gray, EdD, LCSW, MSW, founder of Gray Space Wellness LLC, a mental health and wellness company dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities to prioritize emotional well-being and personal growth.

Gray Space Wellness was created from my passion for making mental health support feel accessible, relatable, and empowering. Through therapy, education, workshops, consulting, speaking engagements, and wellness initiatives, we help people develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges while creating healthier futures.

As a licensed clinical social worker, educator, speaker, and mental health advocate, I bring experience in clinical practice, correctional and forensic settings, youth and family services, and community-based mental health. At the heart of everything we do is our mission: Empowering Minds, Growing Futures.
