Recover Physical Therapy

Recover Physical Therapy has been committed to providing top-notch physical therapy treatment and patient care to the Atlanta Metro area since 2017. Our primary focus is helping previously active adults restore their functional mobility after experiencing a stroke, traumatic injury, or surgery that has resulted in limited range of motion, decreased strength, and/or balance impairment. Our experienced therapists conduct a comprehensive assessment of joint motion, muscle strength and endurance, heart lung function, and daily living activities to create personalized treatment plans for each patient. We use a variety of physical agents/modalities, including heat, cold, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic massage, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise, to effectively treat illnesses, injuries, and loss of functional body parts.

Dr. Kendrick Gatewood is a Physical Therapist with more than 20 years of experience serving clients in Loganville, GA, and surrounding areas. He graduated with honors from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Alabama State University. Dr. Gatewood is licensed by the State Board of Georgia (PT008846). During his leisure time, he enjoys volunteering at his local church, gardening, reading, and spending quality time with his family.
