TAO Training Facility

We opened back in 2018 with new ownership and new direction. Over that time we’ve been able to help so many people get back in shape. TAO Training is a Coaching Program designed to “coach” people as they are building fitness & nutrition habits. We guide them to the workouts they have to do. We give them the knowledge on nutrition habits to implement. We coach them on building the habit of consistency. Our clients have 3 common goals. Get more in shape, get stronger and more toned and live a healthier lifestyle in general. We help everyday people become fit, strong and healthy.
