About

Impact Service Group’s name reflects the purpose behind the company: to make a meaningful difference in the facilities it serves, the people it employs, and the communities it calls home.

Founded in 2025 by CEO and owner Jeremy Melton, Impact provides facilities maintenance and support for commercial properties, universities, healthcare campuses, and institutional operations across Georgia. Its capabilities include HVAC, electrical services, plumbing, pipe fabrication, controls systems, preventative maintenance, and emergency response. For organizations that depend on their facilities operating reliably, Impact brings technical expertise, clear communication, and a commitment to following through.

What makes this young company deserving of Best of Georgia recognition is how deliberately it has built a culture around that commitment.

Jeremy founded Impact after prayer and reflection, with a conviction that he could build a company where strong workmanship and strong values reinforce one another. His vision called for involved leadership, shared accountability, and a workplace where people understand that their contributions matter.

That vision has attracted a growing team. From approximately 12 employees earlier in 2026, Impact grew to 40 by October. Employees have joined because they see an opportunity to contribute, take pride in their work, and help build something with purpose. Several have followed former colleagues to Impact, reflecting the confidence people place in the company and its leadership.

At the heart of that culture is a simple belief: He believes that if someone is failing, we are all failing - if one falls, we all fall - the team isn't one, it’s all, the team shares responsibility for helping them succeed. Leadership remains engaged, challenges are shared, and success belongs to the whole team. As the company grows, Jeremy continues to emphasize humility, gratitude, and responsibility to the people who have placed their trust in Impact.

That same sense of responsibility extends into the community.  In May 2026, aging air-conditioning equipment failed at Top Dog K9 Foundation, a metro Atlanta nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans. The loss of cooling put dogs and trainers at risk. When Jeremy learned about the situation, he stepped in to help, replacing two units so the organization could continue its work safely.

The response reflects the values behind Impact’s service: recognize a need, take responsibility, and put the team’s skills to work where they can make a difference. Jeremy’s support for churches and nonprofit organizations carries that commitment beyond the company’s daily business.
