Journey Smiles Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Keith T. Williams is an orthodontist and a board-certified, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, whose career has been dedicated to children’s oral health. He completed three residencies, in general practice, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics, giving him a rare ability to guide a child’s dental care from the first tooth through a finished smile.

For eight years, Dr. Keith trained pediatric dental residents in the Bronx, New York, preparing the next generation of specialists to care for children in one of the nation’s most underserved communities. His pursuit of excellence guided him to the Atlanta area to complete training in orthodontics.

In July 2026, he opened Journey Smiles Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry in East Cobb, bringing pediatric dentistry and orthodontics together under one roof. In its first months, the practice has partnered with Sprayberry Youth Football and Cheer, Cobb County Parks, and local schools. It has created free educational materials for parents on oral hygiene, dental milestones, and trauma prevention, and it launched an in-house membership plan so uninsured families can afford consistent preventive care.

Dr. Keith’s mission is simple: to make every child’s dental journey positive, preventive, and built for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
