Piastra is a Family oriented Chef driven modern Italian restaurant. We focus on hospitality, using local ingredients whenever possible and 100% scratch made in house, hand crafted food and beverages. We have no soy, canola, HFCS, or GMO products. We make all of our sauces, breads, pastries, sausages, fresh mozzarella in house.
