We are Ricardo and Carolina, founders of Valley’s Bakery, a 100% gluten-free bakery in Georgia. Our story began over 8 years ago, inspired by our family’s struggle with gluten intolerance and the lack of safe, flavorful options. We combined our passion for food with our backgrounds in chemistry and research, traveling to Europe to learn from the best gluten-free bakers and refine our craft, before bringing that knowledge back to the U.S. At Valley’s, we aim to do more than bake bread—we want to create a welcoming space where families and friends can enjoy delicious food without compromise. Our mission is to redefine what gluten-free can be, building community while offering experiences that surprise and delight with every bite.
