Your Me Time Massage

Your Me Time Massage is an award-winning massage practice founded by Meek Hines, a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner who has served the CSRA for nearly six years.

Built for professionals, veterans, and individuals who expect more from massage than a routine experience, Your Me Time Massage combines skilled therapeutic bodywork with an environment designed for privacy, comfort, and intentional care. Our approach goes beyond temporary relaxation by addressing muscular tension, chronic pain, restricted movement, and the physical demands that accumulate through work, stress, and everyday life.

Over the years, Your Me Time Massage has grown from one massage professional with a vision into an established practice with a growing team of licensed massage therapists. Our services include medical massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, assisted stretching, Ashiatsu, Thai massage techniques, and customized therapeutic care based on each client’s individual needs.

In 2025, Your Me Time Massage was named a Best of Georgia Regional Winner in the Massage Therapist category, following Honorable Mention recognition in both 2023 and 2024. Those honors reflect something we value deeply: the trust our clients continue to place in our work.

Founder Meek Hines has built Your Me Time Massage around a simple standard: exceptional care should help people function better, move better, and make room for themselves in lives that constantly demand their attention.

As Your Me Time Massage continues to grow, our mission remains the same: to raise the standard of therapeutic massage in the CSRA and provide care worthy of the people who trust us with their bodies, their time, and their well-being
