Your Me Time Massage is owned by Temkia Hines. She is the massage professional for the overwhelmed and overworked professionals. 

Serving the CSRA for almost 5 years now has been one of the highlights of my life. I understand the different roles that we have to fill on a daily basis, and we always forget about ourselves. We forget about the importance of giving our minds a mini vacation. 

I not only provide a safe space for you to escape life’s duties, just to have a moment to yourself, but I also address the physical pain areas that have slowly crept in over time. 

I love what I do and at this point in my life, I truly believe that I am answering my call. My mission is to help you feel better with less pain, while you show up in a world that expects the most out of you.
