Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students learn vital tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients. We are the only facility in the area that offers hybrid learning (online and in-person), which give you time to complete the other things you have to do.

For those seeking a broader skill set, our Medical Assistant program offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers both administrative and clinical responsibilities. Students gain proficiency in medical billing, record-keeping, patient scheduling, as well as clinical procedures like taking medical histories, performing basic lab tests, and assisting physicians during examinations. This too is a hybrid course. You only have to come in-person once a week. There is an 80-hour clinical rotation that must be completed as well.

If you have a passion for drawing blood and collecting samples, our hybrid Phlebotomy program provides the necessary training to become a skilled phlebotomist. Students learn about venipuncture techniques, specimen handling and processing, infection control, and maintaining patient safety. With hands-on practice and real-world experience, graduates are prepared to excel in this critical aspect of healthcare. 

In addition to the specialized programs, Healthcare Resources offers CPR training for individuals looking to acquire essential life-saving skills. Our CPR courses are taught by certified instructors who ensure that students develop the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations. You'll learn the latest techniques for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first aid, and automated external defibrillator (AED) usage.
