Wing and Waffle Factory

Wing and Waffle Factory was founded in 2019 by Auntie Loren and Uncle Demario Montgomery. Auntie Loren who is a disabled veteran and self proclaimed Waffle Queen, and Uncle Mario who is the “Wang Kang” make up ownership of this growing delicious business. As a food content creator Loren was looking for inspiration for brunch for the family one day, and with Mario’s  suggestions they both came up with a idea of Atlanta’s favorite food staple - hotwings, unconventionaly paired with flavored waffles. That small kitchen brainstorming almost immediately blossomed into a success when we decided to start selling to the community. 

Although Wing and Waffle Factory is a very small business we pack big motivation, flavor, pride in our product, and customer service. With over 10 flavors of wings and waffles we have something for everyone and our customers are proof that big things come in small packages. 

 After shutting down our first physical location during COVID, instead of getting discouraged and quitting we decided to purchase a canvas tent and travel all over the city to satisfy taste buds with our gourmet wings and waffles. We currently do catering, pop up shows/events, vendor events and many other things in the city. 

This husband and wife team have no plans to slow down and we don’t let the lack of a food truck or restaurant slow us down because in life the sacrifices and hard work will yield much more than is desired.
