Crossroads Yoga

Crossroads Yoga is a relationship-focused yoga studio created to enhance the Milton community and surrounding areas of east Canton and south Cumming.  

We offer a wide variety of yoga classes and have something for everyone: For those who like to sweat, we have vinyasa, power yoga, yoga sculpt, and more. For those seeking calmer classes, we offer slow flow,  yin/restorative yoga, gentle yoga, meditative flow, and more.
