About
For as long as he can remember, Georgia native Brad Echols has dedicated his life to being of service. Service is the reason he’s in real estate, and it’s the reason he works hard to create praiseworthy experiences for his clients. It’s also how he built a team that ranks in the top 1% in Georgia just a few short years after becoming an agent. Being of service, along with a client-first mentality, is at the core of Echols Realty.
Brad has a bachelor’s degree in business and a 20-year history in the sales industry, which includes growing top sales teams and lasting client relationships. He came by real estate honestly in 2016, when he earned his license to follow his passion for building, buying, selling, and flipping homes. At first, being an agent was a side hustle, but after a year, Brad knew that he’d found a new calling.
Brad’s the first to say that trust is central to any successful endeavor, and he believes his clients choose him because of his reputation for being a trustworthy, reliable, and honest person. (It doesn’t hurt that Brad’s team has a stack of real estate awards. Or that they achieve jaw-dropping results like getting listings under contract 18% faster than average and selling them at an average of 7% above market price.)
Once they choose him, however, Brad’s clients quickly realize that he has a true servant’s heart. He’s bound and determined to make the real estate experience as stress-free as possible, and he keeps clients’ interests front and center, even if that means losing a sale.
On a personal note, Brad has lived in Walton County for over 30 years and has been married for more than 20 years. His children graduated from Loganville Christian Academy, and he stays involved with the community by supporting several nonprofit organizations and serving at his local church.
