Our Story – Why We Do What We Do

Joy Event Rentals began with a personal moment—planning our daughter’s wedding. As we searched for specialty items to bring her dream day to life, we quickly realized how challenging and costly it was to find rentals locally. Many of the pieces we needed were only available all the way in metro Atlanta or farther north, and with that came high delivery fees and extra costs. That experience lit a spark in us.

We thought, what if there was a better way—right here in our own community?

That’s how Joy Event Rentals was born. We started this family-owned business with one goal: to make it easier and more accessible for families like ours to celebrate life’s special moments. As we've grown, we've also expanded to serve local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations—providing reliable, professional support for corporate and community events throughout the region.

We proudly serve Coweta, Fayette, and surrounding counties with high-quality rentals that are thoughtfully selected to help bring your vision to life. Our collection includes everything from event tents—whether for intimate gatherings or full-scale setups—to stages and dance floors, audio/visual equipment, LED lighting and décor, balloon arches and backdrops, draping and linens, and all the tables and chairs you need to host a memorable event.
