The Venue at Murphy Lane hosts only one event at a time, ensuring that you receive our full attention and enjoy our private estate as if it were your own for the duration of the event. Our seasoned events staff assists with the setup and breakdown of your ceremony and reception, provides golf cart shuttle service to and from parking, and maintains the facilities to the highest of standards.

Whether you are planning an intimate exchange of vows with only a few guests or a tented gala for 300 of your closest friends, The Venue at Murphy Lane has the ideal setting in which to welcome your guests to what is certain to be a memorable affair. Our beautiful remodeled barn features majestic 16 ft. barn doors that open to 12 ft wooden and glass doors, a modern yet classic design inside with white-washed shiplap walls, custom ceramic tile flooring, a grand crystal chandelier and a spacious catering kitchen space. The adjacent 3,000 square ft stone patio boasts a wrought iron railing, bistro lighting, 2 double wrought iron outdoor chandeliers, comfortable patio furniture with fire pit tables and a beautiful wooden outdoor bar. A gorgeous bridal lounge is the ideal location to prepare for photos that you will treasure for a lifetime. Our cozy log cabin, complete with a wrap around porch, is situated on a quiet, serene pond and is available for your wedding weekend as part of the Murphy Lane experience.

Murphy Lane is ideally situated 45 minutes from the Atlanta-Hartsfield International Airport and one hour from downtown Atlanta. Ashley Park and Historic Downtown Newnan are just a 15 minute drive, with access to shopping, restaurants and overnight accommodations for your out of town guests. Chattahoochee Bend State Park is located about 15 minutes from the venue and offers cabins, camping, hiking, biking, kayaking and canoeing activities.
