Holistic Integrative Therapy Services

I am a trauma-informed, Afro-Dominican clinician. I  received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Monroe College, M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercy College and I was awarded a certificate in Ayurvedic Health Counseling from Kerala Ayurveda Academy.  As a trained integrative therapist, I  believe in treating the whole person by addressing mental, physical and spiritual imbalances. I combine traditional healing practices with modern techniques, customizing each session to meet the unique needs of clients. I have 12 years of experience working with clients on reducing stress, finding clarity and breaking unhealthy patterns.
