Toyota Industries Group - TACG, TICA, TIES

Our two operations, TACG and TICA, are members of the Toyota Industries Group and are among the world’s leading manufacturers of automobile air conditioning compressors and component parts in addition to DC-AC inverters for automobile plug-in devices. From raw materials to final product, our manufacturing process involves many roles coming together as one team as part of the worldwide Toyota Industries Group. Beyond manufacturing, Toyota Industries Group companies lead the world in compressor technology and the innovation of new compressor products that are part of a longstanding commitment to our vision of making the world a better place to live, enriching lifestyles, and promoting a compassionate society. Today, TACG and TICA have grown to approximately 1,300 associates working together to supply our products to many of the world’s top vehicle manufacturers.

We recently launched our 3rd facility here on our Pendergrass campus, TIES. TIES is Toyota Industries Electric Systems and was established in 2024. TIES will start the production of DC-DC Converters. The DC-DC Converter changes high voltage battery power in electric vehicles to the 12 Volt power required for the auxiliary battery required to power navigation systems and other devices connected to the vehicle.
