Problem

Families attending functions at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter have to travel across

country with two trucks; one to pull the animals and the other to pull the RV. It is very expensive to pay for

the maintenance of two good working trucks and the cost of gas. Additionally, many potential customers do

not want to own an RV that requires monthly payments, maintenance and storage.

Solution

The majority of our customers travel long distances to participate at events offered by the Georgia National

Fairgrounds and Agricenter. There are several shows a month. Instead of the family driving two vehicles

across the nation (one to pull the horses, cows, etc) and the other to pull the RV, they would rather just rent

the RV through us directly. Another kind of customer is one that wants to go camping with an RV and just

doesn't want to buy one or has the space to store one. So they would rather just rent from us and take a road

trip with their family or friends.

Market

With our midtown location, we are well situated to serve three core groups: national wide customers

traveling to Perry, GA, campers wanting to take a trip, and the weekend crowd out for family entertainment.

Our research suggests that those segments together represent a pool of more than 15,000 potential

customers per day. Factor in the broad decline of the hotel industry with COVID concerns, the rising prices

of gas, the cool factor attached to renting a nice RV, and the city’s strong population growth, and we see a

great opportunity here.

Competition

We have a unique offering, since no other RV companies in our area have the kind of fleet we do. Most people

just rent out their RV and only have one or two. We differentiate ourselves by offering local ownership, more

RVs than anyone can fathom, great customer service, on site technical support and help and a faster,

smoother, less expensive experience than any other competitor in the nation.

Why Us?

Our owners team is a great one-two punch of service disabled veterans. Brad von Oven, founder and part

owner, served in the United States Air Force with tours in Iraq and has over 20 years in the IT industry. He

studied at the University of Florida and holds a Bachelors degree and an MBA. His ambitions and work ethic

is the key to what started Perry RV. David Reese, co-owner joined Perry RV in Feb 2022 when his company

saw a great opportunity and merged with Perry RV. He is a combat disabled veteran with several tours with

the United States Marines and the Army National Guard. He has the unique ability to talk to people and a

strong reputation as a business consultant here in town. Together we have come up with a fresh concept, a

unique idea, and an ambitious but achievable plan to build it into a thriving new business.
