Chipley Historical Center

The Chipley Historical Center traces the history of Pine Mountain and Harris County from 15,000 BCE to today.  We show Native American artifacts, early settlers, cotton gins, transportation, the CCC, government, schools and lifestyles. Other programs and events including lectures and hands on workshops.  We feature changing exhibitions every 4 months.  We are one of three non-profits starting the Georgia Black History Trail.
