Point Blank Pepper Company

Point Blank Pepper Company manufactures Sweet Heat Products including pickled vegetables and sauces.  
We began in 2020 with just two products and have grown to seven products and have earned 43 national and regional awards for flavor and branding.

Our products include:
Mild Caliber
Smoke Rings - pickled jalapenos and sweet peppers in a cayenne pepper brine
Boot Camp - a sweet and sour sauce with cayenne pepper

Medium Caliber
Buckshot - a sweet giardiniera (carrots, cauliflower, celery, red pepper, pearl onion and jalapeno) in a habanero brine

Hot Caliber
Cross-Fire - a sweet and sour sauce with ghost pepper
Cukelear Weapons - bread & butter pickles in a ghost pepper brine
Hallow Rings - pickled jalapenos and habaneros in a ghost pepper brine

We believe Sweet Heats should be experienced in a whole new way, so we add just the right type of pepper and quantity of heat to our products so the sweetness and spiciness compliment one another perfectly.  We are Precision Heat - Southern Sweet.

All of our products are gluten free and sodium free.  We use local ingredients and hand pack all our pickled products to perfection.
