Silo Self Storage

Since opening its doors in June 2025, Silo Storage Port Wentworth has worked to establish itself as more than just a storage facility, we have worked to become an active and trusted part of the community. Our team has attended and sponsored numerous community events, from neighborhood and apartment-complex events to local July 4th parades and even sponsoring our local Chamber of Commerce creating opportunities to build relationships and introduce Silo Storage to the people we serve. My own journey at the facility has mirrored that growth. I joined Silo Storage Port Wentworth as Relief Manager in November 2025 and was promoted to Facility Manager in May 2026, taking full responsibility for the facility and its continued success. With that transition came new challenges, particularly learning to manage budgets, develop marketing-event plans, evaluate numbers, and determine how we could give back to the community while remaining responsible with our resources. I have overcome these challenges by becoming more intentional with planning, tracking results, and finding creative ways to maximize our community involvement. These experiences have helped me grow as a leader while also helping Silo Storage Port Wentworth grow into a facility that is not only successful in its operations, but genuinely invested in the community around us.
