SourcePro Consultants operates as a fractional COO + CTO for law firms. Most firms don't have a software problem — they have a workflow problem that software inherited. We assess how work actually moves through a firm, design the operational architecture to fix it, then implement and optimize the technology stack around that design: case management, CRM, intake, automation, and AI-driven systems.

Founder Bio — Teila Garraway

Teila Garraway is the founder of SourcePro Consultants. She brings 15+ years of paralegal experience across Florida and Georgia combined with a full-stack software engineering background, giving her a rare vantage point most legal tech consultants don't have: she's worked the case files and built the systems. That combination is why SPC designs workflows first and implements technology second, not the reverse.
