Khaki Consulting is a leadership development firm based in Savannah, Georgia. We help CEOs and their leadership teams solve what we call the Leadership Bottleneck: the point where a company has grown because of a strong, hardworking leader, but can't grow further because everything still runs through that one person.

Most leadership training is built on seminars, books or videos and hands out frameworks people forget by Friday. Khaki does the opposite. We partner with leadership teams for at least 12 months, building a practical Leader Toolkit for communication, delegation, accountability, and developing the next layer of leaders. The tools are simple and visual, built to be used in real meetings the same week a team learns them, not filed away after a conference.

We work primarily with privately-owned growing companies, where the leadership team is in place but hasn't been developed into what the company needs next. Khaki is GiANT-certified, Working Genius Certified and holds Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status. Founder and CEO Steve Curran built the company on lessons learned leading people in the Navy and in ministry, where clarity and accountability weren't optional.
