Impact Therapy, LLC

My name is Turnmeika Smith, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Owner and Executive Director of Impact Therapy, LLC. I am passionate about helping individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Impact Therapy, LLC provides individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Through in-person, telehealth, and school-based services, we help clients address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and family relationships.

Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. We work alongside clients, families, schools, and community partners to strengthen support, build practical coping strategies, and encourage lasting growth.
